When do the 2026 Playoffs begin and what will be the schedule?
2026 WNBA Playoffs tip off Sunday, September 27th for First-Round games. The exact schedule for all First Round, Semi-Final, and Finals games will be set by the WNBA.
Can I purchase additional Playoff tickets?
Renewed 2027 Club 52 Members will be afforded an exclusive pre-sale window to purchase up to (2) additional Playoff tickets in each round.
Can I move my seat location for the 2027 season?
If your account is up to date as of November 2026, you may have the chance to relocate your seats for the 2027 season, based on availability and tenure. We’ll share more details on a seat relocation event during the 2026 offseason.
Is there any action required to secure my 2026 Playoff tickets?
In order to secure your 2026 Playoff Tickets, including First Round tickets at the preferred 2027 Season Ticket Member price, you must submit or confirm your method of payment, and your first installment payment must successfully transmit on Monday, August 17th. If you are not on our payment plan, you must pay your initial 2027 renewal invoice no later than Monday, August 17th.
If you do not wish to renew, please contact Mystics Membership Services no later than Friday, August 14th to secure 2026 Playoff tickets at non-renewal pricing.
Is there any action required to renew my season tickets for 2027?
Your account will automatically renew on August 17, 2026 using the method of payment on file, unless you opt out of auto-renewal. If you would like to update your method of payment or pay your invoice prior to August 17th, please follow the Payment Info prompts in Account Manager.
What happens for games that aren’t played?
Your account will be automatically credited for any 2026 playoff games that aren’t played. This credit will automatically be applied to your next payment plan installment.
For accounts paid in full, refunds from non-played 2026 Playoff games will be automatically issued to your method of payment.
Do I keep my seats for the 2027 season?
Renew your Club 52 Membership and your spot stays yours. Same seats, same energy.
When will I receive my Playoff tickets?
Your Round 1 2026 playoff tickets will be available no later than Friday, September 25, 2026.
What are the auto-payment dates for 2027 season tickets?
When you renew your Membership for 2027, your first charge will be August 17, 2026. Your remaining balance will then be charged monthly, on the 15th of the month, from September to May (9 months).
How do 2026 Playoff Tickets work?
When/if the Mystics secure a 2026 playoff berth, Club 52 Members renewed for the 2027 season will be charged for their seats for the First Round (2 possible games in a 1-1-1 Round 1) at your preferred ticket rate. Your seats for the playoffs will be the same as your regular season seats.
When/if the Mystics advance past the First Round, you will automatically be charged for the Semi-Finals (3 games).
When/if the Mystics advance past the Semi Finals, you will be charged for the Finals (4 games).
Has my season ticket pricing changed?
